Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or an exchange.

Returns

• All returns must be postmarked within 2 days of the purchase date.
• Returned items must be new, unused, and include all original tags and labels.

Return Process

1. Request an RMA Number:

   • Email contact@pkpfoods.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Package the Item:

   • Securely place the item in its original packaging.

3. Ship the Return:

   • Mail the package to:

   Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
• Please allow at least 3 days for processing.
• Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 3 to 6 working days.
• You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

✔ You must provide images if the product received is physically damaged.
